How to Request a Return:

– Include a video showing the defect or damage.
2. Approval and Instructions:
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
3. Return the Item:
Follow the instructions provided to send the item back to us.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
4. Receive Replacement or Refund:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund accordingly.
